Paul Henri Pittet graduated from the University of Lausanne School of Law and went on to pass the Valais Bar in 1991. Thereafter he was heading the Legal Department of a major organization representing the interests of the Swiss watch industry, active in anti-counterfeiting and the protection of geographical indications. Since 2003, he has been Head of the Trademark and Design Department, and a member of the Board of Directors.
His main experience is in Trademark and Design Law, assisting companies in the automotive industry, banking, consumer goods, machine tools, tobacco, and watches.
Paul Henri Pittet is also a judge on the Arbitration Tribunal for Intellectual Property at the Baselworld – International Watch and Jewelry Fair.
